Faulty Goods

If we have sold you any faulty goods then we sincerely apologise that it has not passed our stringent quality assurance process. If you would like to return an item, please contact us via telephone or email for instructions. Cancellation Where You Just Change Your Mind

Since June 2014, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”) apply to all purchases via a website regardless of any reason. We shall use the Regulations as the benchmark for our cancellation with respect to these types of cancellations. Schedule 3 of the Regulations set out the Model Instructions for exercising the Right to Cancel within the European Union. 

 

Returns and Refunds

1. A refund will not be issued for fraudulent returns 

4. Buyers will have to arrange return postage and cover any related charges. A tracked method of returns is recommended to ensure goods reach us.

As a consequence, you may cancel a transaction and we shall issue you with a refund of the purchased item and any shipping costs if you cancel, provided you have not damaged, worn, washed and/or altered items purchased via the Service and they are in their original packaging. In the specific instance where you haven’t damaged, worn, washed and/or altered items purchased via the Service and is in its original packaging, we will issue a refund within 7 days of you returning the product(s) to us, however, this is usually done much sooner.
